                               Additional Listing


Application has been made under a block listing for a total of 132,395 new
ordinary 5p shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These
shares will be issued pursuant to the Company's 1997 Approved Company Share
Option Plan and the 1997 Unapproved Share Option Scheme.  It is expected that
the block listing will become effective on 3 July 2002.

These shares when issued will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares in issue.
