Directors' Share Dealings
The Company was notified today that on 10 October 2002, Mr John Morgan,
non-executive chairman of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 2p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 80p per Ordinary Share. In
addition, on the same day, Mrs S Stocks, wife of Mr Ben Stocks, Chief Executive
of the Company, acquired 6,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 83p per Ordinary
Shares.
Following this transaction Mr Morgan's beneficial interest in the Company's
issued Ordinary Share capital has risen to 755,816 Ordinary Shares, which
represents 2.05 per cent. of the total issued Ordinary Share capital. Mr Stock's
beneficial interest in the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital has risen to
53,690 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.15 per cent. of the total issued
