                            Director's Share Dealing



The Company was notified on 10 October 2002 that on the same day, Mr Mark Moran,
a Director of the Company, acquired 6,300 ordinary shares of 2p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 85p per Ordinary Share.


Following this transaction Mr Moran's beneficial interest in the Company's
issued Ordinary Share capital has risen to 81,420 Ordinary Shares, which
represents 0.22 per cent. of the total issued Ordinary Share capital.
