                            Director's Share Dealing

The Company was notified on 26 November 2002 that on 14 November 2002, Mr
Michael Ost, non-executive director of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary
shares of 2p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 95p per
Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Mr Ost's beneficial interest in the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital has risen to 12,857 Ordinary Shares, which represents
0.03 per cent. of the total issued Ordinary Share capital.
