The Company was notified on 13 February 2005 that on 9 February 2005 Charles
Matthews, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary
shares of 2p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 117p per
Ordinary Share. Following this purchase Mr Matthews is interested in 10,000
Ordinary Shares representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary
Share capital.
