                Directors Share Dealings

On  22  July  1999 Mark Moran, a director of the  Company,
acquired  8,500 ordinary shares of 2p each in the  Company
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 140p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Mr Moran's beneficial interest
in  the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital is 29,800
Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.12 per cent.  of  the
total issued ordinary share capital.
