                        NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS

Porvair plc, the advanced materials business with expertise in a range of
specialist filtration markets and new materials technologies, will be announcing
interim results for the six months ended 31 May 2004 on Tuesday, 29 June 2004.
