                        Park Plaza County Hall - Update

The Company has been informed by the principal developer of Park Plaza County
Hall that completion of the hotel will be delayed by approximately one month.
As a result, Park Plaza now plans to open County Hall in February 2008 to ensure
that it starts trading outside the low season in December and January.   Given
the previously anticipated low season opening, the financial impact of the
change is minimal.
