Admission and Total Voting Rights
The Board of Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") announces that admission to trading on AIM in respect of the issue of 232,647,763 new ordinary shares, as previously announced on 30 July 2020, is expected to take place on 18 August 2020.
This will be in addition to the admission to trading on AIM on the same date in respect of 64,470,222 new ordinary shares (issued in respect of the conversion of an investment agreement as announced on 11 August 2020) and 374,920,533 new Ordinary Shares (issued in settlement of accrued but unpaid contractual amounts due, also announced on 11 August 2020) .
In aggregate therefore, a total of 672,038,518 new ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 18 August 2020.
Total Voting Rights
Following the admission of the new ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 13,233,595,634 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
