Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital

On 6 September 2004 the Company received notification by Fidelity Investments
International of Windmill Court, Millfield Lane, Lower Kingswood, Tadworth,
Surrey KT20 6RG that, as at, 6 September 2004 Fidelity International Limited of
PO Box HM670, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda and its direct and indirect subsidiaries,
being non- beneficial holders, had a notifiable interest of 17,143,831 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 7.00% of the issued share capital.
