Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital

On 1st September 2006 the Company received notification by Axa Investment
Managers UK Limited of 7 Newgate Street, London, EC1A 7NX that, as at 22nd
August 2006, AXA S.A., 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its Group Companies
were interested in 7,005,298 ord GBP 0.01 shares. These shares are represented
by a beneficial interest of 6,541,520 shares (representing 2.64% of the issued
share capital) and a non-beneficial interest of 463,778 representing 0.19% of
the issued share capital).    This notification of change is due to a decrease
in the beneficial interest holding from 3.11% to 2.64%.  The shares were held as
follows:
