The following amendment is being made to the PDMR/Director dealing announcement released on 22 April 2021 under RNS number 3623W (the 'Initial Announcement') in relation to the PDMR named below. In the Initial Announcement, the Company had incorrectly presented the price of the shares in pence. All other details remain unchanged and the amended announcement is set out below.
