Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 15 August 2008 that Mr Richard Shacklady ('Mr Shacklady'), Non-Executive Chairman, had on that day purchased 1,667 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 288p. As a result of this transaction, Mr Shacklady is now interested in 55,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.49% of the issued share capital of the Company.
