Directorate Changes

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Owen as Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 10 April 2014.

Mr Owen joined PHP as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 January 2014, A chartered accountant, Steven is currently CEO and Partner of Wye Valley Partners LLP, and was Deputy CEO and Finance Director at Brixton plc until 2009.

Alun Jones, Chairman, commented:

"Steven has a wealth of corporate experience and knowledge of the property world and we have already seen how this will benefit the Company and its shareholders. I look forward to working with him in his capacity as Audit Committee Chairman and Senior Independent Director."
