A G M STATEMENT
At the Annual General Meeting of CSS Stellar plc held today, the Chairman, Mr
John Webber, made the following statement to shareholders:
Client contracted income has increased substantially since December 2000, when
the Placing Document was issued for our listing on the Alternative Investment
Market.
At that time we stated that client contracted income was £2.7m for 2001 and £
1.7m for 2002. These have increased by 48% to £4.0m in 2001 and by 59% to £
2.7m in 2002.
Since the beginning of the year there have been some notable successes for
clients of the Group. Anne Robinson has extended her recordings of the US
version of 'The Weakest Link' for NBC and Pedro de la Rosa has become a race
Jaguar driver in Formula 1. The event services division, Icon, has taken on
Wimbledon Tennis as a client.
We continue to evaluate acquisitions in our core business areas.
