CSS Stellar plc ('the Company') announces that it was notified on 13 May 2005 of
the following acquisitions of the Company's ordinary shares of 50 pence each,
which acquisitions were made on 13 May 2005.
John Webber acquired 10,000 shares at 43.5 pence each. His consequent holding
of ordinary shares in the Company is 1,895,668, being 6.6% of the issued share
capital.
Sean Kelly acquired 10,000 shares at 43.5 pence each. His consequent holding of
ordinary shares in the Company is 188,000 being 0.7% of the issued share
capital.
Julian Jakobi acquired 10,000 shares at 43.5 pence each. His consequent holding
of ordinary shares in the Company is 4,278,746, being 14.8% of the issued share
capital.
