Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) is pleased to announce that the Company has acquired an additional 539,642 ordinary shares in Fresho Pty Ltd ("Fresho") at a price of AUD$0.95 per ordinary share for total consideration of AUD$512,860 (approximately £268,000) its existing cash resources.

 

Following this investment, Primorus now holds 4,245,531 shares in Fresho, representing approximately 4.32% of Fresho's issued share capital on a fully diluted basis.
