(the "Company")

Grant of Options

The Company announces that on 14 November 2013 it granted options to the following Directors to subscribe for a total of 26 million new ordinary shares at an exercise price of 0.4p expiring ten years from the date of grant:

David Lenigas	10 million
Donald Strang	10 million
Edward McDermott	6 million
Total	26 million

The options represent approximately 3.97 per cent. of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company. The exercise price of 0.4p per share is the same as the placing price of the Company's last fundraising as announced on 29 October 2013.

These options, which have been granted following the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee, vest immediately and have been granted to align the interests of Directors with those of shareholders.

All previous options issued by the Company to the Directors have been cancelled.
