Update on Alteration Earth PLC Investment

Further to the announcement of 5 May 2022 in relation to the Company's (AIM: PRIM) investment into Alteration Earth PLC ("ALTE"), Primorus provides a brief update as set out below.

Primorus is pleased to announce that it has been informed by ALTE that it has cleared the comments and eligibility stages of the listing process. ALTE has advised that it expects to obtain a confirmed listing date within the next three weeks, upon which ALTE will shortly thereafter commence trading on the Standard Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Primorus has signed a deed of amendment which extends the time for ALTE to obtain its listing on the Standard Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The date has been extended from 6 June 2022 to 1 July 2022. 

The Company is looking forward to ALTE commencing trading and progressing with its published strategy. 

ALTE has informed the Company that it is expecting to obtain its listing without any further amendments to the timeframe.
