Board Change

Premier Management Holdings PLC 22 January 2003 For immediate release on 22 January 2003 Premier Management Holdings plc (the 'Company') Board changes The Company announces that Stuart Lucas has today tendered his resignation as the Company's non-executive Chairman. Mr Lucas has been the Company's Chairman since it was admitted to AIM in March 2000. Prior to this he spent 21 years working in Capital Markets, predominantly with US and Japanese investment banks and has resigned in order to spend more time on business interests in this area and will therefore not be able to spend the time on the Company's affairs that the position of chairman requires. Barry Gold, who is presently Joint Managing Director and will become Executive Chairman with immediate effect, said today: 'Stuart has made a valuable contribution over the past three years, which have seen many changes to the Premier Management group. Due to recent adverse changes in both the football market and the Stock Market our requirement for Stuart's skills has changed. We intend to maintain Stuart's contact with Premier by engaging him as a consultant from time to time on specific projects where his knowledge and experience will be invaluable to the group. We would all like to wish him every success with his proposed return to mainstream City business.'
