Exercise of share options
Proton Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems, announces that, following the exercise of share options at 3 pence ordinary share, application has been made to AIM for the admission of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares").
Admission to trading on AIM of the New Ordinary Shares is expected to take effect on or around 23 April 2019 ("Admission").
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 646,218,288 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
