Replacement - Issue of Equity
The announcement released by the Company at 15:51 on 5 April 2010 entitled Issue
of Equity as HUG1400567 contained an error in respect of the date that the
Offers for Subscription opened. The full corrected version of the announcement
is as follows:
The Directors of Proven Growth and Income VCT plc announce an allotment on 5
April 2010 of 148,619 ordinary shares of 1.6187p each issued at a price of
79.5p per share pursuant to the Offers for Subscription that opened on 16
November 2009.
Application for the Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed
securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity.
