shares to Listing, the Company has been advised of the following holdings by
Directors.

Andrew Davison holds 5,000 shares (0.025% of the issued share capital).

Stephen Edwards holds 12,500 shares (0.06% of the issued share capital).

Ernest Sharp holds 36,000 shares (0.18% of the issued share capital).
