ProVen VCT  plc is  pleased to  announce the  opening of  Offers  for
Subscription ("the Offers") for the tax years 2007/2008 and 2008/2009
for up to 1,700,000 ordinary shares. The Offers opened on 11 February
2008.

The final closing  date for  applications for ordinary  shares to  be
issued in the 2007/2008 tax year is 4 April 2008 and for New Ordinary
Shares to be issued in the 2008/2009  tax year is 30 May 2008  unless
fully subscribed earlier. Ordinary shares are being offered first  to
existing ordinary shareholders who will have priority until 11  March
2008.

A copy of  the document  relating to the  above-mentioned Offers  for
Subscription has been submitted to the UK listing authority and  will
shortly be available  for inspection at  the UKLA's Document  Viewing
