ProVen VCT announces that the announcement made at 15.20 on 30
November 2007 as HUG1172285 entitled "Total Voting Rights" has been
amended following the cancellation of a share buyback transaction
also announced on 30 November.

The corrected version of the announcement is as follows:

"The Company's capital as at 30 November 2007 consisted of 23,187,968
Ordinary shares of 5 pence each and 14,620,454 'C' Ordinary shares of
25 pence each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in ProVen VCT plc is
37,808,422.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ProVen
VCT plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules."
