Director/PDMR Shareholding

The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new build, family homes in the private rented sector ("PRS"), announces that it was notified on 25 October 2021 that Steve Smith , Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

 

As a result, Mr Smith's total interest in the Company is now 155,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
