Share Purchases by Sigma Capital Group plc

The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in new-build homes for the Private Rented sector, notes that Sigma Capital Group plc ("Sigma"), parent company of Sigma PRS Management Limited, the Company's Investment Adviser has acquired 1,500,000 PRS REIT ordinary shares at an average price of 76p per share. This takes Sigma's total shareholding to 5,889,852, representing 1.2% of issued shares.
