Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms have been approved by the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing: 

Final Terms (including the Consolidated Terms and Conditions) for Prudential PLC's USD750,000,000 Tier 1 Notes issued pursuant to a GBP 5,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme (the 'Programme').

The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus (as defined below).
