Share Cancellation and Total Voting Rights
Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., ("PPHC", the "Group" or the "Company"), a leading bi-partisan, full-service US government affairs business, announces that 69,576 shares have been forfeited by a leaving employee, in accordance with the employee's employment agreement.
These shares were cancelled on 31 January 2023, resulting in the total issued share capital of the Group being 109,276,904 common shares of $0.001 each ("Common Shares"). There are no Common Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 109,276,904 . This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
