Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:

Following the completion of the transfer of 29,666,667 ordinary shares of 0.5p ("Ordinary Shares") to be held in Treasury by Access Intelligence, the Company's total issued and voting share capital will comprise of 227,604,029 Ordinary Shares. The total number of shares held in Treasury by Access Intelligence will be 29,666,667 Ordinary Shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Access Intelligence will be 227,604,029.

The above figure of 227,604,029 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Access Intelligence under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Directors' Shareholding

Following the transfer of shares to Treasury, the directors listed below notify their revised voting rights as follows:
