Total Voting Rights

Access Intelligence plc (AIM: ACC) announces in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "Rules") that the issued share capital of the Company comprises 275,510,348 ordinary shares.

Shareholders should use 275,510,348 as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
