QinetiQ Group plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification today of the following transactions that took place in the United Kingdom on 31 May 2011 in the ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

(a) The sale by Ms. Liz Airey, a connected person of Mr. Paul Murray, a Non-executive       Director of the Company:
