Transaction in Ordinary Shares and Interests of Directors
QED announces that the Trustees of the Quintain Estates and Development PLC
Deferred Bonus Plan ('the Bonus Plan') being Adrian Wyatt, Nigel Ellis and
Nicholas Shattock (all directors of QED) have acquired 262,406 ordinary shares
of 25p each in the share capital of the Company. The shares were transferred
out of treasury to satisfy commitments made under the Bonus Plan to Directors,
PDMRs and other employees (as announced on 20 June 2007) and will be released to
beneficiaries on the third anniversary of the date of award.
The trustees now hold 622,180 ordinary shares against awards made in June 2005,
June 2006 and June 2007.
QED retains 5,234 shares in treasury and its current issued share capital is
129,821,116 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares).
