QUINTAIN ESTATES AND DEVELOPMENT PLC ('QED')
Interests of Directors and PDMRs
QED announces that the Trustees of the Quintain Estates and Development PLC
Deferred Bonus Plan notified the Company on 15 June 2006 that 15,335 ordinary
shares of 25p each had been sold at a market price of £6.071266. The purpose of
the sale was to satisfy tax and national insurance liabilities incurred in
respect of the release of shares from the trust to Adrian Wyatt and Nicholas
Shattock, both directors of the Company. The trust now holds 124,285 ordinary
shares against awards made to directors and staff in June 2005.
Adrian Wyatt, Nicholas Shattock and Nigel Ellis (all being directors of the
Company) disclose an interest as trustees in the total holding of the Trust.
Following the release of shares to Adrian Wyatt and Nicholas Shattock, these
directors now hold the following interests in QED ordinary shares:
