Interests of Directors and PDMRs
QED announces that the Trustees of the Quintain Estates and Development PLC
Deferred Bonus Plan notified the Company on 22 January 2008 that 12,559 ordinary
shares of 25p each had been purchased at a market price of £4.419849. The
purpose of the purchase was to re-invest dividend income which had arisen in
respect of shares already held within the trust. The trust now holds 634,739
ordinary shares against awards made to directors and staff in June 2005, 2006
and 2007.
Adrian Wyatt and Nicholas Shattock (all being directors of the Company) disclose
an interest as trustees in the total holding of the Trust. Individual interests
of directors and PDMRs in the trust are shown below:
