Interests of Directors and PDMRs

QED announces the changes in the holdings of Directors and PDMRs following the release of shares held in trust in respect of the 2006 deferred bonus scheme.

With the exception of Adrian Wyatt who sold all his shares arising from the release, the other directors and PDMRs who sold shares did so in order to satisfy tax and national insurance obligations incurred in respect of the release and retained the balance.

The shares were sold at £0.53 per share.

Adrian Wyatt and Nicholas Shattock, as trustees, also disclose an interest in the overall transactions carried out by the trust.  In total, 224,220 shares were released to directors and staff of which 102,779 were sold at £0.53 per share. The trust retains 390,823 ordinary shares.
