Result of AGM

Quadrise Fuels International plc, the emerging manufacturer and supplier of MSAR^®, a low cost alternative to heavy fuel oil in the shipping, refining, and power generation markets, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions proposed to the meeting were duly passed. 

Following the meeting, a presentation was made on progress during 2015.  A copy of the presentation will be available on the Company's website.
