Quadrise Fuels international plc (the "Company") announces that, as at 30 September 2021, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 1,406,904,968 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). No Ordinary Shares are currently held in treasury and the voting rights of all the Ordinary Shares are identical.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
