Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Brainspark, an AIM listed, fast-growing, international investment company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Francesco Emiliani as a Non-Executive Director of the Board.
Francesco (aged 71), has held a number of senior positions at some of Italy's top companies, including ENEL SpA, where he was CEO of ENEL IT and then CTO of the Group; he was Chairman of Schlumberger Italy between 2001 and 2003, CEO of SEMA Group between 1996 and 2001, and started his career at Olivetti in 1968 where he rose to become CEO of its IT division.
Francesco has served on the Board of Mediapolis SpA since February 2006 and acted as Chairman between 2007 and 2009.
