Brainspark plc, the fast growing international investment company, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 were posted to shareholders on 16 June 2010 and are also available on the Company's website at www.brainspark.com.  

Brainspark would also like to announce that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 22 Great James Street, London WC1N 3ES on Friday 9 July 2010 at 11 am.

Total Voting Rights

Following approval at an EGM on 14 June 2010, for a 1:250 consolidation of the Company's entire issued share capital, the total number of shares in issue at the date of this announcement is 9,522,690 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each.  The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.  Therefore the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 9,522,690.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The ISIN number for the new ordinary 2.5 pence shares is GB00B50P5B53 and the SEDOL is B50P5B53.
