PDMR Shareholding

Quartix Technologies plc, one of Europe's leading suppliers of vehicle telematics services and driver analytics, has been notified today that the wife of Glen Middleton, a PCA of a PDMR of the Company, sold a total of 6,879 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.04 pence per Ordinary Share.  As a result, the combined shareholding of Glen Middleton and his wife in the Company is 64,486 Ordinary Shares.
