Change of Auditor

The Directors of Quarto announce that Grant Thornton is being replaced as auditor by Deloitte owing to a conflict of interest between a director of Quarto and Grant Thornton in relation to another company where he is a director. Grant Thornton has accordingly decided to resign the audit. Deloitte takes over with immediate effect.
