Quarto announces that it received notice on 26 March 2012 that Mr. Edward Krawitt, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in Quarto at a price of 151.75 pence per share on the 26^th March 2012.

Following the share purchase Mr Krawitt holds 10,000 ordinary shares representing 0.05% of Quarto's issued share capital.
