Sally Dwyer, Group Director of People, acquired 7,040 shares of common stock of US$0.10 each ("Shares") in Quarto at a price of AUD 2.2152 per Share on 21 August 2017.
Following this transaction, Sally Dwyer holds 7,040 Shares representing 0.034% of Quarto's issued share capital.
