On 22^nd February 2012, the Company transferred 7,000 ordinary shares of USD0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") from treasury stock following the exercise of employee shares granted under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme.

Following this transfer the Company has 758,321 treasury shares. There has been no change to the Company's total voting rights, being 20,444,550 Ordinary Shares.
