Revised Interim Dividend Payment Date

Quilter plc announces that due to the additional UK bank holiday on Monday 19 September 2022 for the State Funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Quilter plc Interim Dividend of 1.2 pence per share will now be paid to shareholders on the UK and SA registers on Tuesday 20 September 2022.   All other details in relation to the interim dividend, as set out on page 23 of the Company's Interim Results announcement, remain the same.
