The Company has been notified that on 3 January 2019 Kenneth Randall transferred his interest in 205,000  ordinary shares in the Company from his self-invested personal pension (SIPP) to his personal account. Mr Randall continues to hold 14,428,186 ordinary shares which represents 11.45% of the Company's issued share capital.
