Board Appointment
The Board has pleasure in announcing the appointment of Brian Anthony
Hinchcliffe , age 49, as a director of Rambler Metals & Mining PLC. He will be
responsible for operations.
Brian Hinchcliffe is President and Chief Executive Officer of Kirkland Lake Gold
Inc and is a director or Rupert Resources Ltd. Formerly, he was President of
Jordex Resources Inc and American Pacific Mining Company Inc, both publicly
traded mining companies. There is no further information to be disclosed in
accordance with the AIM rules.
Mr Hinchcliffe will take up his position on July 1st.
Also, the company announces that its accounting reference date will be August
31st 2005. The accounts for the first 16 month period to August 31st, 2005 will
be released in November 2005.
