Issue of Shares and Total Voting Rights

London, England, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada - Rambler Metals and Mining plc (AIM: RMM) ("Rambler" or the "Company"), a copper and gold producer, explorer, and developer, announces that during July 2021, the Company issued 9,506,799 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each, of which 150,000 have been issued from its block listing authority as announced on 27 April 2021, for a total consideration of £30,000.

The Company's new issued share capital comprises 117,728,243 ordinary shares. When calculating voting rights, shareholders should use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
