                    Approval of TSX Venture Exchange Listing


London February 6, 2007: Rambler Metals and Mining plc ('Rambler' or the 
'Company') is pleased to announce that the Company's Ordinary Shares have been
approved for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange ('TSX-V') under the trading
symbol 'RAB'. The Company expects trading to commence on or about Wednesday,
February 7, 2007.  Access to the North American capital markets, and especially
the TSX-V, is expected to enhance the trading liquidity of Rambler shares, and
provide an opportunity for North American investors to participate in the
Company's successes. The TSX-V together with the London Stock Exchange AIM are
leading equity markets for exploration and development companies in the mining
sector. A copy of Rambler's TSX-V application document along with audited
financial statements for the year ended July 31, 2006 (with comparative
statements for the periods ending August 31, 2005 and August 31, 2004),
unaudited financial statements for the first quarter ended October 31, 2006,
with the corresponding management's discussion and analysis, and the technical
on Rambler property dated November 7, 2006 will be filed and made available on
www.SEDAR.com and on the company's website www.ramblermines.com.

Rambler Metals and Mining plc currently trades on London's AIM market under
symbol 'RMM'. There are currently 40,030,000 Rambler Ordinary Shares
outstanding.
